$500 or Best Offer. 1997 Ford Taurus Wagon for parts car. This car is not worth fixing, that is why I'm selling it for parts. The engine has 342680 km on it. The passenger side front brakes seized and the tire blew, it has sat ever since. The tires are Nexen Euro-Win winter tires, size 205/60R15 with less than 5000 km on them. Not 100% sure the fourth tire is wrecked but would be very surprised if it was good. Very little rust on body, glass is all good, interior is in good shape and plenty of usable parts in the engine. I put a transmission in it when it was running but it needs a sensor on the transmission. It just stops running when the engine gets hot and won't move again until it cools down. It needs a specialist, none of the mechanics or transmission shops I contacted would touch it, expensive fix. I also know it needs the suspension done and a few other minor repairs. I just had to stop putting money in to it because it wasn't worth it anymore. I'm sure there are probably other issues after sitting for the last three years. It doesn't have a battery so I can't start it and it will need to be towed. I am being honest because I don't want someone to think they are getting a cheap car they can fix and drive. I would prefer not to sell it piece by piece, take it all. Cross posted on other sites. Edited to be completely honest.
