AVAILABLE MAY 1st. I have a master bedroom available in a fantastic location in North West Regina in McCarthy Park for February 1st Close to amenities and transit service.
The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street with lots of parking, and has been fully updated. The house is fully furnished with the exception of the bedrooms which have some furniture. The rooms for rent are located on the main floor with a shared washroom (beautiful jet tub/shower that is has recently just been finished).
The master bedroom has two large closets and measures 11 x 12 feet. Rent is $650 per month.
The other 2 rooms have closets and measures 10 x 8 feet. Rent is $600 per month. Please note that all bedrooms have been painted neutral colours. If a couple or someone wanted to rent the whole upstairs minus shared kitchen the rent would be $1200 for 2 people or $1300 for 3 people.
The monthly rent includes utilities, wifi, cable, shared kitchen (all utensils, dishware, cookware provided), bathroom, family room, beautiful backyard and laundry facilities.
I am a 30 year old male who also lives in the home with my living space in the basement and I will rarely be upstairs.
I am looking for responsible roommates (no drugs, must be able to make rental payments on time, clean).
Both six month and one-year rental agreements are available. I will provide a discount of $25 per month if you sign on for a one-year agreement. Damage deposit is required and will be equal to one month's rent.
