I have an opportunity to share accommodations in a 1219 square foot home with a roommate.
You would have sole access to the large, furnished master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) on the main level and walk-in closet. I am located in Pilot Butte (just minutes from the east or north end of Regina). Includes basic cable, bed, dresser, armoire, night stand and desk. All utilities including cable and WiFi are included.
Shared living room, kitchen (which proportionate space in fridge, freezer and pantry). Access to all cooking and dining supplies. Dishwasher, stove and microwave available to you as well as a deck with BBQ. The house has central air conditioning and a ceiling fan over your bed. Shared newer washer and dryer is on the main floor across from your room.
You would be joining me and my young medium/large, energetic, goofy dog who live here full-time and my two teenage children and their cats who are 50%. I'm asking $600/month. Available now. Deposit required. (Sorry no additional pets and non-smokers only.)
