Room for rent in North West Regina (avail. nov.1st-mar.31st) in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan

Hi there,
My name is Thomas and I am a 26 year old young man who owns a house near the Galaxy Cinemas in Northwest Regina. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood.
I am looking to rent out a room from November 1st until March 31st. Damage deposit is $300.
No pets, non-smoking, no drugs, no exceptions. I have no problem with people smoking pot outside though.
Shared accomodations & living space. The room is furnished (includes bed, desk and nightstand). It's a two storey house with a semi-finished basement and the rooms are upstairs. I've got all the kitchen gear you can think of and a wood fireplace to boot.
There would be myself and one other fellow living in the house. I work full time and am usually home in the evenings and on weekends. It's usually pretty quiet at home but I do like to play guitar on occasion and have a few friends over. There is some storage space available.
Applicants will certainly be considered, but it is to note I am not really interested in renting to someone with disabilities or on E.I.
The biggest thing for me (apart from the obvious like paying rent in full and on time) is cleaning up after yourself on a daily basis and helping clean the shared areas once a week.
