Flagstaff 228D Tent Trailer- 2007 in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan for sale

Beautiful, clean, hardly used tent trailer for sale. We are the second owners and the first owner only had it for a couple of years. This is the Cadillac of tent trailers! The dinette slides out making it very spacious inside and there is a queen bed on one side and a king bed on the other. The sofa and dinette can also fold down into beds. It has an awning and detachable screen room. The cover for the awning is pulling away a little bit and the zipper for the screen room separates on the one side but this could be fixed. Other than that is has very little wear and is in great shape. Power winch- no cranking the roof by hand! Battery and 20lb propane tank included. Has a furnace, heated mattresses, fridge, stove, sink, BBQ-everything works! Smoke free. A great first RV for a couple or small family. Light-easy to pull, SUV towable. We love it and are actually sad to be selling it but we recently upgraded to a travel trailer.
