17 ft., 3850 gross weight, Hybrid camper with 2 queen fold down beds at either end, with mattress heaters and personal fans for each sleeping area. Has fridge, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, dinette table that folds down to make another double bed. Has toilet, sink and stand up shower in separate bathroom. Also has outdoor shower. Has two 20 lb propane tanks for running stove and fridge when needed. There is a low pressure propane connection for hooking up external stoves or barbeque. Currently is outfitted with two deep cycle batteries. The unit has just had the brakes and bearings checked, and the electrical system converter repaired. There is an awning over the front door. The tires are both new as of July/15 and there are two spares. Have been towing with a small SUV with 4.2 liter engine.
