We are looking for a 3rd Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. We currently have some overflow clientele and we also have a maternity leave position coming up. We prefer part time leading to full time however, will consider all options.
Ideal candidate would be mature, flexible, independent, motivated, experienced and excels at deep tissue massage therapy. You must be able to work at least 1 evening and some Saturdays unless you already have full clientele. You must be a registered massage therapist with a professional association and be able to issue receipts for insurance purposes.
Included: on site laundry, reception, wifi, furnished/unfurnished, free parking, advertising, business cards, pamphlets, staff discounts on other salon services.
Rental rate or commission rate with vary depending on if you are wanting full or part time, if you have clientele or not, hours that you will be available, your experience, etc. The rate is very reasonable and I am confident that we can come up with something that works for us both. We are open to either someone being self employed or an employee. Staff discounts/incentives are different for each situation. There is also an option for room share to keep expenses low.
Hair In Motion is a salon that offers many services from hair and esthetics to tanning. We added massage therapy over 6 years ago. A second therapist joined us almost 2 years ago. We have overflow clients which is 1 reason we are looking for a third therapist. Both therapist's have 2 completely different massage styles. One does SGI claims but neither do WCB so if this is something you want to offer then there will be more referrals for you. Both have many years of experience and welcome another therapist!
