I have one large room for rent. I am looking for a responsible, non-smoking person to share a two-bedroom condo in NW Regina. You will be sharing the condo with myself. Bedroom is furnished. It is close to shopping on Rochdale Blvd and on routes 3 & 4 of Regina Transit.
Rent is $500 per month (includes utilities)
Damage deposit of $300 is required.
No pets, no drugs and no parties.
Parking, if required, is $25 per month.
